Pricing

Pricing of the villas is determined by location, size, and view.

The villa price is inclusive of all kitchen appliances.

The villa price is exclusive of all loose furniture.

Typical payment schedule :

Reservation Fee
A refundable payment of THB 150,000 is required to reserve the property for 30 days and entitles your legal representation to exercise due diligence on the legal documentation.

(This payment is refundable within 30 days - less administration costs.)

2 nd payment
After 30 days - a minimum deposit of 10% is required upon the signing of all procurement agreements.

Remaining payments
All remaining payments will coincide with the construction progress of your villa.
